Ketocation

You know what is the best part about going on vacation? Getting to eat whatever you want with your favorite person and not worry about the consequences (until you get home). Most likely I gained ten pounds and I don’t really care. My husband and I went to California for our one-year wedding anniversary (yay us!) and had the best time in LA and Palm Springs. We even decided that it would be worth it to move to the beach (when our lease is up in December) and be closer to everyone.
We ate all our favorite foods from our favorite nostalgic places: strawberry and nutella crepes, Chicago-style hot dogs, coffee from a place where I used to barista, Shabu-Shabu, In-N-Out (obviously), chicken and waffles, Brooklyn-style bagels, our carrot cake wedding cake (my parents kept it frozen), Italian ice, even cheesecake! It was glorious.
I didn’t realize how sincerely I have missed my family and friends, the sunshine, and the ocean air. I’m so glad we are planning on moving back.¬†12002804_910259785678099_725154073372674191_nIMG_2641IMG_2647IMG_2644IMG_2643IMG_2648IMG_2646Processed with VSCOcam with a6 presetProcessed with VSCOcam with a6 presetProcessed with VSCOcam with f1 presetProcessed with VSCOcam with f1 presetProcessed with VSCOcam with a6 presetProcessed with VSCOcam with a6 presetProcessed with VSCOcam with a6 preset
